It didn't look to be dangerous at all (just a little sleepy for our preference) and we were happy to see that one of the homes we were looking at had a well lit street.  

So far so good on the homefront, none of us show any bites and we've not seen any of them, our luggage and shoes are still in the freezer(along with the kids sleepy friends and a brand new stuffed Santa!).

I'll either be sleepy or wired on coffee but I'll be there.

Call us old school, but some of the largest real estate investment providers are located right here in the sleepy midwest, where we concentrate on cashflow from boring, yet stable investments.

That went well, and since then I've studied up on real estate investing and I'm ready to do more.I'm currently looking to buy a multi-family near where I live in Westchester County, NY - specifically Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow.I'd love to get some insight / advice from anyone familiar with the area.

@Sheryl Gurvey  I don't sleep  :-)  I return calls during my lunch hour while at work, and I work on my REI business after the kids have gone to sleep. 

But, the population of Denver, NC is only 3,300 and it seems a little sleepy there, so it worries me that there won't be anyone looking to rent!
