It didn't look to be dangerous at all (just a little sleepy for our preference) and we were happy to see that one of the homes we were looking at had a well lit street.

So far so good on the homefront, none of us show any bites and we've not seen any of them, our luggage and shoes are still in the freezer(along with the kids sleepy friends and a brand new stuffed Santa!).

That went well, and since then I've studied up on real estate investing and I'm ready to do more.I'm currently looking to buy a multi-family near where I live in Westchester County, NY - specifically Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow.I'd love to get some insight / advice from anyone familiar with the area.

But, the population of Denver, NC is only 3,300 and it seems a little sleepy there, so it worries me that there won't be anyone looking to rent!
