and its all supply demand along with jobs along with Risk tolerance.so where you have a lot of supply and high risk tolerance that usually equates to lower value assets.Mid west is full of this type of stuff.. they can be low priced for a few reasons.1. urban core rough tenant base high risk 2. sleepy little mid west town limited high paying jobs.. so renters have a ceiling on rent.. and that backs into what an investor will pay for a house.

So far so good on the homefront, none of us show any bites and we've not seen any of them, our luggage and shoes are still in the freezer(along with the kids sleepy friends and a brand new stuffed Santa!).
