Remove all shelves and drawers and completely wash.

A 8.5'x14' trailer can store a lot of tools when rigged up with shelves.

Here in Georgia if they mention the word snow in the  forecast you can be assured the store shelves will be empty of milk, eggs, bread and bottled water.

It was a madhouse , shelves were bare , people were hoarding toilet paper ( that I can never figure out ) .

So far I have had 1 buyer and 1 seller hold off but houses are still flying off the shelves here...  

My son manages a local pharmacy & after a couple of returning world travelers here proved positive for Covid-19 the masses began stripping the shelves of the store of everything.

Rehabbed the kitchen: tore out all upper cabinets, cleaned up some mold, repainted the walls/scraped the popcorn ceiling, put in faux shiplap (8in plywood strips), hung up open shelves, installed new light fixtures, painted inside and outside of under the counter cabinets (dark Blue), replaced drawers, added new stainless steel cabinet/drawer handles, tore down non-load bearing wall, replaced tiles, re-routed light switch, and painted window panes.

I grabbed my realtor and we raced to go see it as houses were flying off shelves like hot buns.

For me so far the scariest part has been seeing empty shelves at grocery stores, I’ve NEVER seen that in America before.
