We use a scoring system.Stated criteria, pretty broad since we pay the screening fees:Our Criteria:We do not deny housing for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, or familial status.We do deny housing to individuals:when the application is not complete or accuratewhere there is not sufficient income/resources to pay rent and livewhere there is poor prior tenancy: evictions, violations, damage to rental property, poorly handled move outs, amounts are still owing to landlords or utilities.

All I have as evidence are vitriolic emails of him telling me I'm a terrible person for doing things like kissing my dog, and that I'm sexually harassing him by bending over while I'm doing yard work -- really vicious, hateful, insane things he's emailed me.

I fire anyone who treats her poorly or asks anything overtly sexual and then let them know I'd be happy to write a review about what happened.

Is there a site where i can warn other landlords of a really bad tenant?  I can't take her to small claims cause she disappeared,  at least that would have been on her credit report.   Any ideas... i hate to see her g...
