The condo I live in keeps me awake at night for many reasons.

I wouldn't stay awake at night.

I do everything I can to stay awake.

To get use to it, I suggest you start going to bed a 9:00 pm, awaking at 4:00 am and just get up because you won't be able to go back to sleep.

[The landlord is the property owner]As of now; (only one bad apple) roommate has had trespassing guests (entered house through back door at 1am without him being awake); gas stove left on all evening multiple times and general violent/aggressive mannerisms.

But as the parent of a less-than-saintly-behaved kid who's spent many nights trying to encourage appropriate behavior (tonight), laying awake worrying (Saturday night) and dealing with the legal system because of bad behavior, I really wonder if you've not put the screws to a mom who's doing her best with a bad situation.I'm all for having your perp work off their crimes.
