But again, your profit after selling costs (and any capex improvements) would have to be in excess of $60ok to really make sense.

I think a sale is probably the best thing sell for what its worth dont let an investor suck him into some wholesaler suck his equity from him.. sell re group and move on.. 

Of course, live wherever you want, if you see that storms are becoming difficult, it is easier to sell one home and move.
