Eric lease option lend themselves to both sandwich (hold) and wholesaling.

As of late I've been reading a lot about lease option assignments which seem like a whole lot less of a hassle than the lease option sandwich.

If you want less risky deals I'd suggest you not do a sandwich deal with an obligation to sell a property that you don't own.

In other words this is not a long term commitment like a sandwich lease option or a buy and hold/ rental property, etc.

In the case of the seller does it make more sense for them to look at something like a sandwich lease as it will enable them to show the property as a "rental property" in the future and utilize the payments as income adding some relief to the debt to income ratios?
