@Stevo Sun @Chris Baxter This is my hesitation with Reddit, it's hard to sift through the reliable information from those that just want to have an opinion regurgitating something they heard from someone else. 

Not saying I won’t buy the program, but if its just regurgitated from the free short videos he offers and the Assisted Living Network podcast, why spend money for the same stuff?

But I would not be your "regurgitator" of information.

You can’t just regurgitate someone else’s book or course.  

If you offer payment you will probably get a few self proclaimed guru's regurgitating information probably right from the forums and BP podcasts.

It always cracks me up when the wholesalers on this site talk about a service they provide that agents simply cannot. its just them regurgitating some guru or others they have listened to .. there is no service a wholesaler can provide that a decent agent could not do and do better.. 

I have very little experience with this whatsoever so I'm just regurgitating info I've heard from others, I've heard the best plan is to keep contributing until you have a stable REI company, and then you can roll the funds into a self-directed IRA that you can use to fund some deals.

There are so many "investing rules" that people just "regurgitate" after hearing them or reading them here on BP.

It is the "behind the scenes" phycology behind the text, pictures, layout intention what makes this successful, NOT ranking #1.So now, to answer your question now that you have the right knowledge, you asked the REIGHT Question.Correct... it is not "HOW" are you getting deals, it is indeed "WHERE".It is not foreclosures, it is not job losses, nor relocations, nor divorces nor tax liens, nor absentee owners or any of the common BS everyone regurgitates.
