Why not get your broker license in GA and then reciprocate that license to Wisconsin?

The state of Texas or California reciprocates with no other states which means that by having a Georgia broker license or a Florida broker license you will have to start all over in taking classes and the state exam to become a real estate agent in Texas or California.

I know it is not a reciprocal state, but I see that the classroom requirements are split up.

It is always very satisfying to know that my 2 cents helped somebody or just made them smile.I try to reciprocate as much as I can by voting on posts that I find as helpful, informative, those that give me a chuckle and others that are just laugh out loud funny whenever I find them....whether I know the poster or not and whether they have ever voted for one of my posts or not.Having said that, it seems rather difficult to actually find the statistics on who voted for one of my posts in my profile data since I do not usually save the email notification.I have not found a way to find out who I voted for or what post or thread it was in unless I really spend some time trying to backtrack to find out that info.Is there a way to put these two bits of info at our fingertips within our profiles?

And I hope to reciprocate my learnings with the next new guy/gal to join the community.I, along a with business associate, are in the process of establishing a real estate entity here in the Washington DC metro area (which includes DC, Maryland, & Virginia).

This is called reciprocal lending and is a linked transaction to a prohibited transaction.

If you do it yourself, you will need a table saw, miter box, hammer and reciprocating saw (for cutting jambs) at minimum and probably a floor kit. 

We have some capital but we were advised to take 'baby steps' I look forward to passing on the reciprocal advice in the very near future.
