Some become agents just so they can open their own doors and recieve that 3% themselves.

So I started my first Direct Mail campaign and 1000 postcards were mailed out on the July 22 and I've recieved 3 calls already.  

In the meantime, while I wait to recieve my letters, is their anything else I can do to help with getting my first deal under contract?
