I think in general the syndication sponsor herd will thin somewhat, and operators that had difficulty raising capital before might find it impossible now. 

We did radiant barrier walls and ceilings, R42 insulation in the ceiling, and the HVAC has a 16 SEER rating.

It like thinning the herd, and keeping the best cattle, the cash cows.

As he was trying to reattach these ceiling tiles he nicked one of the radiant heat lines in the house.

Having visible tats is an indication of going contrary to herd.

If the building had radiant heat rather than hydronic baseboard, we would have had the option of heating directly with solar.

Not because 20 properties is inherently better than 5.There is safety in the herd, but honestly 20 properties doesn't really give you that safety.

In addition, obsession can even cause us to get stuck in the "herd mentality" as we check every second to see what the news is saying and allow ourselves to believe all of the doomsday stories that are emerging about the state of the markets.
