The clear solution is to simply follow the eviction proceedings as you normally would.Here is one legal sensitivity you need to be aware of. 

I would pull a FHA loan for $665,000 and live in one side and rent the other side out to a family member for $2,000 a month.

I wish I had another work around for you, but I actually stopped using my business CC all together just to avoid the PITA "hacks" they offered as solutions. 

Additionally, I wanted to begin using properties to pull equity to go towards buying more.

It most likely won't help them in this case but let's face it - they're not big on resolving their own problems especially when you're accommodating them.The longer you allow them to live rent-free with no solution in place, the longer they will do just that.

It's a great way to increase your net worth and these loans can also be used to pull cash out of a property as it appreciates allowing you to reinvest money into new deals.Happy to discuss further.

With pulling out your equity (or selling), you can diversify and buy more.I did sell one of my places and used that money to buy two others.
