There was a recent webinar, bottom line, it looks like Darryl Heller sold off many of the ATMs, didn't pay the people who put the cash in them, didn't pay the stores that have them on site, isn't providing information to David Zook's team that the court has ordered and is racking up something like $50k+ a day for not doing so...it is a complete mess and seems like there are only a fraction of the ATMs that might still be producing money but the company hired by Zook to get their hands around all of this is running into many roadblocks because Heller's team isn't providing info. 

I think it's going to be location specific for sure; where I am very few people hang out in the house all day long as they are usually busy hitting the parks and attractions. 

Over the past decade, Columbus has attracted substantial investment from tech giants like Intel, Google, Amazon, and Facebook, which have collectively committed over $50 billion to developing data centers and semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the area.

Digital marketing strategies, including social media and search engine optimization, can also broaden an investor's visibility and attract potential sellers.

They're affordable enough to allow good cash flow, while also attracting decent tenant quality.

These areas tend to attract more reliable, long-term tenants who are usually more financially stable and take better care of the property.

(They have other properties throughout the area listed as "approximate location" and not just this one, but most are listed as "location" with development name, street name or near an attraction.)

All that being said I don't know about if a salt hot tub is better per se, I know it's better for your skin and I'd say perhaps if you're in a very health conscious area like Joshua Tree, some folks might be attracted to the idea of a salt water hot tub.
