to me its market dependent and hind sight you know what they say.so for me it was selling the 2 homes I had in Palo Alto and one in MIlpitas.Milpitas I bought that brand new for 79k  Palo Alto one of them I paid 180k for and the other 350k.. if I held those until today..

The saddest example is the people who pay $40k for a ,mentorship they can not afford, have no capital to invest, are poorly trained with no understanding of real estate principles, law or finance, and are unleashed on unsuspecting home owners to try to fool them into allowing the wholesaler a fre option to buy/sell their house.

You will get 1000% more experience this way, for the same money, and if you go above and beyond for that flipper, they may partner with you or even pay you for your work (principle of reciprocity).
