If a tenant has anxiety and their Dr. prescribes them an ESA, you have to still treat it as you would a wheelchair and cannot charge a deposit, fee, etc....

For example, if your rental was a brownstone, adding a ramp is not reasonable.You don't say what his disability is so I can't help you there.As for the dog, if it is a service animal prescribed to assist him with his disability, you cannot deny the dog any more than you could deny a wheelchair or crutches.
