Radical is right.It is an interesting enough idea to sit under a big oak tree and ponder on a spring day while sipping from a jug of wine.

Denton, Krum, Ponder, Sanger, Decatur will boom when that shift happens. 

I am pondering getting pre-qualified now in order for Real estate agents to take my inquiries more seriously and to get that portion squared away ahead of time but fear I will have to get re-approved later, have another credit mark, and have to go through the process again.

It's the first time I've ever pondered 62 and it shook me some, after decades intending to "delay".

In the DFW area I suggest people draw a big circle around the city and then look on the outskirts of that circle...so that might be cities like Burleson, Crowley, Cleburne, Mansfield, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Fate, Anna, Melissa, Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Pilot Point, Sanger, Denton, Justin, Ponder, Saginaw, Lake Worth, Azle, Weatherford.

I'll have to ponder this strategy some more.

Last time I rented it was 100% for location, being near the freeway and being near awesome places to eat and socialize.These are just things to ponder.
