Do you guys pay your rental insurance monthly or yearly?

I am pondering this. Currently switching insurance companies and thinking about letting the monthly payments to my insurance come out of my. Business checking each month. Do a lot of you do this or find it easier to manage that way? Just curious what most do & why??
