I've tried a couple - truepeoplesearch, white-ages, property radar, leadsherpa, batch leads...Some services are better than others, but it is a numbers game and you also can cross check between different platforms.

Unfortunately, people are always looking for ways to game your system so just be vigilant. 

We need to find a platform we can all communicate on in a group.

REITs and crowdfunding platforms seem to be good options if you want exposure without direct management.

If you were going to focus your time on learning something, I'd say getting familiar with a bookkeeping platform (like Quickbooks Online) would be the best bang for your buck.

FYI - with all the social media choices, all you have to do is make a plan to post the same message across numerous platforms.- You can even recycle the messages annually or quarterly!

Is there a company that offers an alternative independent of a specific platform? 

We won't lend without some skin in the game.
