A lot of people go in expecting these programs to completely change their lives. 

According to an annual report from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 26% of buyers were able to buy without a mortgage (see graph below):Imagine buying your next house in cash.

There are people that do flipping in other states while they live in another state from the projects and they are successful, but they have built a team while doing it. 

I love hearing people succeed!

I believe if people make money and there is sufficient housing supply, housing will become affordable.

My neighbor has listed his but also has had occupancy issues as an STR and said that most people looking for either rooms or cheap stays but I can't comment on that as I have no experience listing as an MTR.

People always say there's no value but that's not for you to determine.

Could work, but remember people that need hard money usually need it for a reason.
