The neighbors say they smoke marijuana inside non stop and someone threw a brick or large object through the new front window back in January and never fixed it.

I thought is was peculiar to hear the landlord claim they had fixed the place up "nice", and then hear your version of what "nice" was.

Hello BP,I own a quadplex 4 unit multifamily in a state where marijuana is not legal in any capacity (recreational or medicinal); and one of my tenants (A) has mentioned marijuana smells coming in through the vents shared among all units. 

Seems like there were always shady people living there, and at one point a  marijuana growing operation as I assumed with cleaning out the back yard mess.

During my time in college I made some lucky investments in bitcoin and marijuana stocks.

A resident on the second floor is a medical marijuana user who vapes for her condition.

This reminds me of the marijuana industry.

First advertising on Facebook for housing is very peculiar and not sure it will give you bang for your buck

Those green Colorado plates = "possible marijuana smuggling" to any cop outside of Colorado. 

I am sure that happens often in North Park with all of the peculiar streets and alleyways.
