Painters tape was used, but it was left on the box. 

I’ve also worked as a painter for the VA and travelled as a sandblaster/painter/laborer which allowed me to live in different cities for months at a time.

I firmed up my rehab plan and go my painter and flooring vendor this way.Don't over-think it.

In our market it seems most professional painters prefer Dunn Edwards paint.

The contractor should have access to roofers, framers, concrete, pool, plumbers, electrical, tile, sheetrock, kitchen & bathroom installers, painters etc and should pull the permits.
