You can be catching fish for 15 years by swimming after them with a paddle trying to beat one to death with one. 

We usually go somewhere between santa Barbara, and San Diego for bicycling, beach, wine tasting, paddle boarding etc. 

If you do, you may end up in that famous creek without the paddle....

I have been floating through this without a paddle.

Another consideration is location.My multifamily properties tend to be the only multifamily homes on the street it is on and so far I have only purchased a few that are within walking distance from canals and rivers.With the exception of one retiree, all my other tenants in those multifamily own a paddle board or kayak, and a bicycle. 

Endurance racing, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, paddling and snowboarding are just some of the sports we enjoy each and every year.

Now you're up a Midland creek with no paddle.  

Many have simply borrowed too much and when the crap hits the fan, they are on the river without a paddle.

Things I'm into: Coffee (specifically almond milk mochas and caramel lattes), ceramics, sketching, listening to BP on the way to work, riding my bike, hiking, and standup paddle board. 

Pickle ball is like tennis, but played with paddle tennis rackets and a whiffle ball.
