Makes more sense to me to build equity through development and income as opposed to "comps" for SFH and small MFH. 

Older homes can be great and sometimes their foundations and their exterior building structures are a lot sturdier and of higher quality than newer builds.

I hesitate to conclude that it is grift as opposed to one type of business model that is usually lucrative to the mentor and sometimes successful for the "students" or "community".

It blows quickbooks out of the water with ease of use and I can do the class tracking that the basic $20 a month quickbooks was lacking.There's a phone app also, I just added it to my phone, so I'm not sure how much I will use it yet other than for reference as opposed to opening the website for details.
