They put alot of the meetings online as well with information that comes from them.

Definitely join your local chapter of REIA (real estate investors association) or join one of the ones that are fully online (Columbus and Cincinnati).

They are highly secretive however - no online presence under their names while being very tech-advanced, they also installed like seven cameras around the house perimeter.

However, aside from that, I couldn’t find much information about them, and the only online presence seems to be the wife’s LinkedIn profile (though I’ve never met her in person and am just going off her profile picture on Zillow).After submitting the application through Zillow, we attached our income (two months of pay stubs for each of us from our current jobs), work references, credit and criminal background, rental history, and the contact info for our current landlord (who just so happens to be my fiancé’s father).

Build your knowledge with books, podcasts, and online resources, and network through local REIA meetings and virtual platforms.

I can become a millionaire just by looking at street and sat view and bid online in my underwear. 

Brokers have their place in the industry as do retail banks/mortgage bankers.

I also recommend a bank that has local branch that you can go into vs having it 100% online.
