I always prefer to take imperfect action over trying to attempt perfect planning.Don't be stupid, take calculated risks with the potential for large long-term rewards, and relatively small short-term risks.Take massive action, be observant.

what is the distance you place the camera from the area you want to observe. 

I am not personally familiar with Detroit housing outside of what I observe in these forums but from what I gather these homes are acquired at relatively low price points.

I’m sure there are differing nuances, but I’d like to clear up some facts regarding the transaction that I have observed.
