That website will show if an order has progressed into "ordered vacant" status, condemned status or the final "nuisance" status.

If they are a nuisance now and demanding things imagine what it will be like when they are settling in.

If nuisance weeds are a problem on a neighbors lawn, the city will take care of it and charge the owner.

As I am a contractor/builder myself, I don't mind the owners or bosses there when I work.Ask some questions, but understand that you don't want to be a nuisance to your contractor.I have had some owners make the job pretty difficult as they question most everything being done just to be educated.

You can speak with the police and see if it's possible to file a nuisance complaint.

I understand the overall red tape challenges (starting to dig at the local and state levels to better understand the nuisance of the codes), my question really is modeling the cost model and projecting returns so I can develop investment material to find funding.
