Has anyone used the FuelPoint lead generation platform? I just sat in on a demo and am curious if anyone has experience working with them. It seems like a lot more of these lead-gen groups are popping up. 

And once you change to a new market, you throw all that out and have to rebuild it.I love expensive markets.  

Where are the best markets to target in and/or near NJ in 2025?

I own 4 STRs in Indy and have looked into the Nashville, IN market.

In my home market of Florida, our insurance rates have made it much harder to have positive cash flow on a CRE deal.
