What resources do you use to do market analysis and what are the nuts and bolts of using those resources to actually narrow down a location?

Right now, we’re seeing a slight increase in inventory and some corrections in rents, which could create opportunities—but achieving solid cash flow on a condo can still be challenging.Getting pre-approved is a great first step to narrow down your options and focus on locations that make sense for your goals.

But I would recommend to narrow your scope and decide what you want to do - and specialize, at least for now.

In recent episodes, it seems that BRRRs have become harder and harder to pull off with narrow margins.

Try to narrow down your options to the top 3-4.

Have a ‘plan B’ and be ok with it.

Its too narrow of a niche for us to chase and we tend to be all cash anyway.

I want to narrow in on using the BRRRR strategy, but turnkey rentals are also intriguing.
