After listing as a turnkey for a few weeks, the traction has been minimal and have begun exploring DSCR loan options to refinance and hold as my hard money loan is maturing in a little over a month and I do not want to extend. 

As an inexperienced boy you would probably make minimum wage even though you work for your father - unless you are a manager but that takes experience and some maturity of years. 

All that to say that there are alot of risks where you can have a hard time keeping your business (hard to move laundry appliances and utilities) and its a maturing market so there are fewer buildings being built without laundry included anymore.

You have to work hard for your money, most who try never make a buck.

Not just someone out looking to make a buck off someone else's suffering to solve whatever your own problems are.

I invested as an LP in several deals with WWC, Buck Joffrey, Dante Andrade, etc. 

You may have to spend a few bucks to install a camera, and stipulate in  the lease they use only their can.

That's a solid double bang for your buck!
