We have two young boys who also enjoy Japan and hoping we can all begin to learn the language and possibly enroll them into an International School during the summers.

It's easy for people to say it's a scam because they expect to magically make money and when they don't they ruin the possible experience for others.

I think the real magic comes in when you develop a system that allows you to create these cash flowing rentals from the vast number of vacant homes in the inner city. 

All help is appreciated and I feel really bad because my other tenants go to work and have children that go to school and they are not able to sleep properly because of the loud music. 

Some people are sending supplies (clothes, other needed items like school supplies, food for humans and pets, etc).
