In the Hudson County, NJ area, basement level is illegal to live in.

I will plan to invest while having a full time job while my wife will work part time.On a goal level, I believe we will flip until we get enough cash to hold properties unless I jump into some creative financing.

Once we got up to a certain level, I realized I wanted to start chipping away at the debt and be "mortgage free and comfortable" over having 3 or 4 more buildings.

Mudjacking may be possible, re-level is possible, or they may have to remove, grade, and re-do it all.

They look childish.I too send out cards and letters - but I'd like to think that my contact with them is much more on a professional level - I like my communication to total strangers is effective and professional.
