One key area to pay attention to is parking.

It is smack in the middle of several key areas in the region, and I expect the housing market to pick up ahead of other areas.

The company is in the process of developing and building high quality accommodation for oil and construction workers in key areas of North Dakota that will be safe, secure and cost effective.
