Anyway, after more research during my last vacation I feel it is potentially possible to make a few bucks and maybe be able to make enough to develop my hilltop jungle property here in Belize. 

Now he's off in the jungles of Costa Rica somewhere.

After fighting the jungle, mosquitoes and snakes with the surveyor guys and sharpened machetes we found I had right at 30 acres of land.

Moving from Wilmington, DE, originally from Philadelphia, PA and fairly over any downtown-hustlin'-bustlin' concrete jungle prospects.

Rent is due on the first.Tenant said he would mow lawns and pull weeds, however the back yard looks like a jungle and back the lawn is dead.Tenants claims they have been looking for a place for his mom to stay.

I don't want to live in a jungle of signs!

Looks like a good area and stats and info seem good on neighborhood scout, area vibes, craigslist, rentometer, rent jungle. 

But it is a poorer neighborhood that is fairly isolated and the houses are each on an acre in the jungle.  

I'm sure I paid too much, but I held them long enough to profit, just lucky I did too.It was bungle in the jungle until I had a neighbor who was the local circuit court judge, his mentoring over the fence so to speak opened my eyes. 

Living off $1,600-$2,000 a month navigating the concrete jungle in a  40' or most likely 45' bus was a daily challenge.
