Over the past 8 years my REI journey has evolved and changed but one thing remains - buy in a great location and never sell*I personally feel like I am in a very crucial point in my life where I can live comfortably juggling both or really set myself up for long term wealth to take care of my parents, family and give back etc.

Once your focus narrows down...and it's something you love...I believe it's much, much easier to make money than juggling multiple focuses

I've juggled the thought too but a year is a long time to worry...

About 2 minutes of tapes would be shown [this is the plan] and then lJ would come up on stage, juggling balls or something, and give his motivational speech.

[b]This all sounds nice but I think you need to LOOK at a deal before you just juggle around figures in your head.

Right now I am juggling real estate, a full time demanding job, and kids, so I have to be really careful about allotting/balancing my time.

It is doable, but the hardest part about it is juggling schedules and finding time to generate leads.

.-2 hour required confirmation after winning bid or they cancel the deal-Stated 24 hours to sign contract that's 106 pages long, needs to be signed by both myself and my realtor, which they shortened to 4 business hours because they were late sending the contract out....or they cancel the deal-Stated 24 hour turn around on sending earnest money and confirmation, but they won't give me the wire instructions and can't tell me when they will be available......or they cancel the deal....Trying to keep up with this will travelling, holding down a full-time job, and juggling offers on some other properties.......this one is intense!

Someone who is juggling lots of jobs will have a better pulse on the current response time.Good luck getting your permit!
