One small snafu I ran into is that I seem to have too many fields that I've added where the "Repair" number is not available from the list when I use the @ symbol.  

Type the at symbol @Follow it up with the first 3 letters of their first name @Nic and a list of people should appear below the text box you are typing in.The list of people is:1.

Also the @person symbol does not work for me for some reason.
