Avoiding workplace injuries, tax hassles, etc....

I've done CrossFit for 2 years and I ended up with a shoulder injury. 

In the meantime we are still repairing credit from an injury that took a toll on our income.I would love some advice from some more experienced investors on the best use of this small amount of cash that we Will be coming into in the next month.

I recommend you have some amount of coverage for catastrophic events and injuries.

No major injuries but both cars totaled. 3rd party learns who actually owns car, threatens to sue.

Drop the whole thing and just let them live there because it’s a non-issue  Instead of looking at just dog bites,  look at serious injuries and fatalities.

Unless they had a reason they didn't move it for 45 minutes, (like injury or a health issue that happened after I asked) it's just blatant disrespect IMO.

Working hard labor is hell on your body, so injuries are common.
