Through out my few years of investing I have built a small team of investors and real estate professionals who bounce deals off each over time making me pretty intertwined with our market.

The RE and financial system have intertwined laws and regulations that in the event one is violated there is a good chance of being in violation of another.

Finance laws are intertwined by law, regulation, rulings and orders of determination by various agencies, that's why it's not a simple matter to achieve financial compliance.

I believe there are many new developments there and golf courses intertwined with B+ neighborhoods.

Sure they are intertwined and if the population of an area is growing, you'll expect both to rise.

BP is here to make money while at the same time to be extremely helpful to readers, sometimes the two are too intertwined for someone's tastes and that is when they should simply move to the next article.   

Looks like I'll be playing devil's advocate here as compared to most of the responses...There are a couple undeniable points people are making-- you can get a ton of info on BP, the Rich Dad courses have intensive amounts of sales pitches intertwined in them, and it is very dangerous to jump into one of those expensive courses. 

Sharing utilities with tenants is common Chicago as the housing stock is often 100 years old and often utilities are so intertwined, it would cost you a fortune to have an electrician come and sort it out(which I did have to do for one property I own...it was a 10K expense to the electrician).
