However, renting out rooms instead of the whole house will definitely require a more hands-on approach to property management.Depending on your level of involvement, it may be easier for you to manage by simply renting the house to roomates (people that are already friends or acquaintances), so they can deal with their own inter-personal issues.my 2 cents.
