There is no "perfect" structure out there but I've tried a lot of different ones within QBO over the years and this is by far the best I've found.I use this structure for my own portfolio as well.Hope that helps!

However, it's fair to question the integrity of the management since it's in-house.

They focus on safety issues, such as wood rot, water damage, and structural integrity of balconies and decks.

BP will be the perfect place to find a mentor or just take notes from others experiences to add to your back pocket. 

It hasn't been perfect but overall I'm happy with my currently 8 door portfolio there.

While they don't offer tenant screening within the platform just yet, they integrate seamlessly with Apartments.com (which you already use!)

Just know this, The more vertically integrated you are the better off you will be long term.
