I hope my nooblet question is not inappropriate, but what do the numbers signify?

Breaking the lease could be domestic violence with the tenant ,disrespect to security or drug and alcohol issues so really anything we felt was inappropriate and the police would enforce it we could call them and say that an individual was tresspassing.

He told them to forget the compensation, damage, storage bill, stuff he seen that was inappropriate and that he was going to have them sign a contract releasing both parties from any liability or ability to prosecute to release their stuff back to them, the legal stuff anyway, and forget the matter.

The individual suing your company can only go after company assets if structured as an LLC, however if you comingle funds inappropriately, the opposite party can argue those funds are associated with the business, even if they came from a personal account. 

However, it has been our experience that many moms and pops price their property inappropriately so this formula is not always accurate.

The tenants have been there for over a year, so obviously they have been careless by allowing inappropriate things down the drain against the terms of the lease.
