It repeals an important California rental housing law with no replacement and no plan to address affordable and middle-class housing or deal with the problem of increasing homelessness on our streets.

Either these posters don't live in the US or plan on being homeless because the #s don't add up.

@Alecia Bolton I work down on Edith depending on where the SFR is will depend on the area. if the SFR is in the Vista del Norte Neighborhood then it is in a nice area, that is a small pocket of nice houses in an industrial area. but once you pass Osuna going south on Edith you begin to see more homeless people and the houses are more run down.

Because the judgment puts the tenant in such risk of homelessness, they can almost always find a charity to donate the money they owe.Also, while the HCV is a federal program, the HAs do have some authority to oversee their budgets.  

It showed this formerly homeless guy that anything is possible.Darrell

@Gail Yezombek my understanding is that if you've held the home less than 12 months, it's ordinary income.

Sure, just rented to a homeless guy last week and the first payment won't be made and google earth will not help you here, you have to know what sold in the last 6 months and physically drive the property yourself.
