In this case, I don't see the harm in helping out a neighbor. 

. ($650/mo total) is kicking butt for zero dollars invested.There’s certainly no harm in repeating that 9 more times.

I’m willing to bet most investors here would not do something like that for fear of harming their reputation.  

The tenant needs to prove that mold caused harm despite it being present -right?
