You could market to buyers who are into ghosts and that kind of thing.What some buyers see as creepy they would see as cool.They could have a great back drop for a Halloween party each year !

Hello Everybody,Does anyone have any recent experience with getting a gas meter connected to a floodplain property that was red flagged/disconnected after the halloween flood back in 2013?

Maybe like myself are invited to Halloween parties.

Landlords came in today to remind them about lease being expired this past June, instead were attacked by millions of wasps, coming from wasps' nest, which tenants created by having stacks of hey against the house from last Halloween, and didn't even bother to open the door to the owners today to find out if he is ok after wasps attack!

We saw a slight dip in the first week of November, which is not something I’d be worried about as that week includes October 31st, Halloween, a weekend with expectedly lower showings as opposed to most other weekends.

I've heard the drawbacks - traffic, "one way in / one way out", public schools aren't great, Halloween is crazy, etc.

Most don't go looking to move after Halloween, right up to Easter....unless there's a 'problem' where they are. 

He has asked if any of our STRs are open over Halloween.
