Would you have any helpful tips on what I need to learn, know, expect in doing this in a new state.

Additionally, I'm banking on a future opportunity to refinance.After less than a year, here are a few tips from what I’ve learned:*Hire a local STR expert real estate agent to guide your investment location.

They refuse to give investors the information they ask for such as who is the loan through, what kind of state it is in, and who are the GPs, LPs, profit and loss statements.

For payments, tools like Stripe, PayPal, or booking software like OwnerRez work well.Happy to connect if you’d like to chat more or need additional tips!
