If I stopped the example here, most would say the portfolio of $100k homes is the better investment.Next, let's assume you decide to sell the Market B homes in year 3 because you are frustrated with the cap ex and management of the tenants in the lower tier houses because you are not achieving the expected cash flow.

I actually had a skiptrace that got me a legit number on DealMachine that Propstreams skip didn’t get me.There are some glitches with the bulk list upload and Google Street pic add on that frustrated me this week.

you choose one pay for it and they provide them.What I found out is they just send over the plans with no updates to current codes so we submit then and get check sheets sometimes 3 or 4 and takes 90 days to get approved instead of them understanding the new codes updating the plans before giving them to us.And to be fair to the architect we can send in the same plans and depends on which examiner gets them some will fly through others come back with check sheets that an examiner frustration issue.
