These are NOT the mobile/manufactured homes you might be thinking of, but are *real* homes built in modules in a faculty and then transported to your site and put together on a foundation with all utilities already stubbed up.

In my hometown area there is a longtime lack of rentals, soon to be even worse as the university kicks professors out of faculty housing after 2 or 3 years.

How it differs between undergrad and grad students and faculty/staff?

The relationships you create between faculty, administration, and parents are very close knit and almost have a family feel about them.

With this, there will be faculty, the American/International medical students, and the auxilary jobs that will be as a result of this.

Last year we had students and faculty alike scrambling to find residences within weeks of the fall semester--it was crazy!
