Alyssa and I are at the very beginning of our young careers ( I'm 24, she's 23) and are taking our first steps in the big boy and girls world.

I missed some huge opportunities in my 20's, because frankly, I was too busy chasing girls.

Hey Guys and Girls,I started tracking real estate leads with a legal pad and soon graduated to stick notes:) My desk looked like a crime scene.

I first got interested in real estate about 20 years ago when my girl friend, now wife, vacationed for the first time in Myrtle Beach.

Hey Guys and girls I am a Investor just like you my first 18 month was random and confusing.After that I spent time investing into my education and went out and did deals.I have wholesaled deals I have a few rentals in Detroit and I am always looking for a flip.I have a few coming on the market soon. 

Since the commission on a $30k deal is peanuts, I get the new girl/guy but I don't care.      

There's three of us girls he left behind(me and my two older sisters) and if we sell it and split it we wouldn't make much profit after. 

I am now a stay-at-home-mom with a 2.5 year old girl and a 1.5 year old boy.

We had a girl who was head over the heels about the place at our open house, but her realtor has advised her not to put it under contract because he is confident it will get a low appraisal due to the appraiser only using in project comps (he also mentioned that it is a VA loan, and they are very strict about staying in the project).I also believe that the realtors are not even showing this to their clients because of the above reason (though we have had about 4 showings).  

I have an awesome wife and two awesome girls who keep me focused and driven on getting the ship headed in the right direction.
