Sure you can rent the equipment and do it yourself , but Its back breaking work .

Does the price include removal of the old equipment from your property completely - or are they going to just dump it in the backyard.

I spoke with owner and he has 3 car washes in IL, IA and MO and he said he normally only spends a few minutes to an hour each day collecting the coins and checking the equipment.

That they work to execute on your decisions, and equip you to be best empowered to make the best decisions, but never NEVER will it be 100% hand's off "no managing the managers".  

I get to work with a lot of heavy equipment and power tools in my current job.
