It is rare to run into a HNW entrepreneur who opts out (other than some delayed income situations where is makes sense).

Hey guys, What is your opinion of the best way to meet new Investors, Builders, and Real Estate folks in the Southern CA area, and if anybody knows of any good real estate meetings or groups for networking and meeting new investors and real estate entrepreneurs, I would love hear what you guys recommend. 

Hey @Eduardo Justo - you're facing the same problem a lot of my entrepreneur clients face, including myself. 

IMO the people new investors and entrepreneurs should be following and even paying are those who are immensely successful in their own right.

As an entrepreneur, you should be focused on running and growing your business, not constantly worrying about and following up on your "business advisor".

I'm a Dad to Logan 9, Lucas 6, husband to Wendy.I've spent the last 11 years as an entrepreneur in the digital marketing world, primarily focused on physical product eCommerce (I own 2 brands that operate on Etsy and Shopify), and most recently having kinda accidentally built a few 100k social media following as the Carnivore Dad.I’ve been interested in and attracted to real estate for years but I just made excuses that had me staying in my lane of digital marketing, however I'm here now and eager to learn.I settled on Texas as my primary state because I have family here, I love meat, and I’m interested in firearms.

In any of these situations, as control of the parent company passes from the entrepreneurs who founded the company, to the “professional” managers who will run it, the deal will become worse for businesses relying on the parent company for their survival, with each successive management team taking a further larger bite out of the profits.
