When I look back real estate investing and rehabbing houses is akin to games I enjoyed playing as a child.

Although, I enjoy Tampa, I'm just not seeing the same opportunities.

I purchased both as a package and for the next six years enjoyed great cash flow as I paid the tax on the house lot annually at about half of what it should have been and neglected to pay anything on the tennis court lot.  

The way that I have done this in Costa Rica has been to bring in several partners on a high end luxury property who would like to own a part of a property that they can use and enjoy but that they don’t have to manage by themselves.Each of the properties that I own are at a million or higher or will be soon. 

The renovation aimed to modernize the property, enhance its appeal to potential tenants, and maximize its long-term value.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Working out, training my German shepherd, and traveling with my family.

You have a skillset that could be extremely useful for quick fixes and landlord issues and from there you can bridge relationships and partnerships to enhance your knowledge of real estate investing and couple your skills.

I’ve been coaching new investors for a while, and I always enjoy hearing about what brings people to real estate.
