So this could possibly be a cake walk.

I think the only folks who may have bad things to say would be those folks who think company's should provide a premium service without the premium price, you know the have your cake and eat it too fools. 

That is well vetted. 4 years of vetting in court and legal system dictates well vetted. 20+ is icing on the cake. 

Its an "over-deliver" icing on the cake type of thing that breeds huge loyalty!

Peanut Butter and Jelly, Macaroni and Cheese, Cake and Frosting … all are amazing duos in life.

I know that some still look at obtaining a mortgage here in 2018 as a minor, inconsequential and trivial task after a deal is negotiated on the real estate side, but for the rest of America, who need to obtain a mortgage, they know or will know, it's not a cake walk.   

You want to be in a different area of the city where you get great monthly returns and appreciation is icing on the cake.
